Ah yes, the mother of all buzzwords! There are as many definitions for this as there are for snow in Alaska!

Our notion of what integrated marketing is starts with your customers and prospects. Who are they? What do they want you to be? What can you promise them that is exactly what they want?

Then, how can you make sure that every single time a customer comes in contact with your company (on the phone, walking down the street, watching TV, listening to a friend, neighbor or associate) you deliver on your promise.

Sound simple? It’s not. The hardest part is convincing some of you that's what integrated marketing really is. (i.e. if you think it’s just making sure that the typeface in all your ads match, which is important, or that your logo should always be displayed as large as possible, which is not important, you should call us immediately!)
